Welcome to UGL Media, my name is Ross and this is my creative playground. As a child I found that some of the best and most creative ideas came from playing games and having fun, hence the name UGL which stands for Underground Grounders League. This mantra I found has helped me develop some of my best work, because if you truly are enjoying and are engaged in what you are doing often you will get the best results. So with this I want to help others find the joy in what they are doing and help present that to the world in an engaging and meaningful way.
